I've found this mower to be extremely well built. After having a decent John Deere bite the dust after two mows with my rocky, root filled property, I bought this based on its consumer report rating. After sticking a heavy duty mulching blade on it, I am extremely pleased with the performance and the power that it generates. The Briggs & Stratton motor is well built as always and generates enough power to send the heavy blade through leaf piles. There aren't too many bells and whistles, so if you're just looking for a solid, straightforward mower, I'm not sure you can do that much better than this.

This is my best purchase to date on Amazon!! My son just moved into his first house w/a one acre lot. For his birthday I purchased him this mower. Husquvarna is a great manufacturer and my father had all his power tools in this brand. I figured I couldn't go wrong purchasing this brand and after comparing prices this was by far the least expensive way to buy it compared to other retailers. Ordered it late tues evening and it was here by noon on Thursday. All we had to do were tighten down the handle, put the bagger on, and fill w/gas and oil. Started on 2nd pull and did the entire yard w/out ever stalling out, even in the damp, thick stuff! My son loves it and I'm thankful there were no mishaps. Best gift ever!! I will buy this for myself when my mower dies and would recommend it to anyone!!

We shopped local big box retailers to figure out what model we wanted and then it was cheaper on Amazon. We had no issues with packaging - everything was in tact when it came. We used it all summer/fall long and so far no issues at all.
